You get the Zora Armor in Tears of the Kingdom by completing a small quest. You’re going to want to have this to climb the waterfalls when doing the main story section that’s in Zora’s Domain, as the location you head to in that section is immensely easier by having this armor.

Getting this quest is pretty easy to do, all you have to do is go to Zora’s Domain and talk to Yona, Sidon’s beloved, and that will activate the quest. Not only is receiving this quest fairly easy, the steps to complete it are just as easy. All you need to do is find Ancient Arowana, which is actually very easy to find. After you complete the story sections in Zora’s Domain and beat the Water Temple, you can then go back to Zora’s Domain to get the other pieces of the Zora Armor set.
