Wuthering Waves and Twitch are partnering up to provide players with some great items that will give you quite an initial boost, but there’s a catch. Here is how to get Twitch Drop rewards in Wuthering Waves.
How to get Twitch Drop rewards for Wuthering Waves
Let’s address the elephant in the room: To get Twitch Drop rewards from Wuthering Waves, you will need to either buy or gift two subscriptions of any tier (not Prime Subs) to any streamer under the Wuthering Waves category on Twitch. It’s a great way to get free pulls, but is it worth it?
This move is part of the Wuthering Waves x Twitch partnership which is aimed to promote the Support a Streamer program, which will last from May 22 to June 22, and will reward you with the following items:
- Incomplete Overlord Class Echo: Part of a full Echo of Overlord rarity.
- Advanced Resonance Potion: Used to level up your characters.
- Advanced Energy Core: Used to level up your weapons.
- Astrites: Used to buy Tides and pull characters.
- Shell Credit: Common currency needed to upgrade your characters and weapons.
The rewards will come in the form of a redeemable code that you will need to input into the game. To get one, you will need to subscribe to streamers while their channel is actively streaming Wuthering Waves in its category. Otherwise, said subscription will not count. Once you purchase or gift two subscriptions, the code will be sent to your Twitch notifications inbox. Take note of the code and follow these steps to redeem it:
- Boot the game up and enter it.
- Go to Settings and open the Other Settings tab.
- Click on the Redeem button and input your code.
If you are willing to purchase those Twitch subscriptions, then your codes will be valid up to August 31, 2024, at 8:59 am (PT). After that date, they will expire and you won’t be able to redeem them, so make sure to do so. The ability to redeem codes is unlocked once you reach Union Level 2, so you will be able to make use of this function quite early in the game.
