Though you can find the Wunderwaffe DG-2, one of the best Wonder Weapons in Modern Warfare Zombies, in the Mystery Box, you can keep and craft Wunderwaffe DG-2 by unlocking the Schematic. Here’s how to do it.
How to unlock Wunderwaffe DG-2 Schematic in Modern Warfare Zombies (MWZ)
The only way to get the Wunderwaffe DG-2 Schematic is to complete the Holdout mission. This mission is one of the last missions available in MWZ and, if you don’t know, you have to chronologically play through all Act One and Act Two missions to get to Act Three, and Holdout is an Act Three mission.

In fact, Holdout is an Act Three Tier Four mission, which is the last Tier in Act Three. To complete it, you need to kill 50 Zombies inside the Corrupted Space and then you’ll get the Wunderwaffe DG-2 Schematics and be tasked to exfil with them. Just make sure you actually exfil. Dying on your way out would be a shame.
How to craft Wunderwaffe DG-2 in Modern Warfare Zombies (MWZ)
Right when you successfully exfil with the Wunderwaffe DG-2 plans, you unlock the Wunderwaffe DG-2. You now have the ability to craft the Wunderwaffe DG-2.
To craft the Wunderwaffe DG-2, you need to select an empty space in your Rucksack and go to your Schematics. Tab over to Wonder Weapons and you should see Wunderwaffe DG-2 unlocked. You can craft it and enter a match of MWZ with the Wunderwaffe DG-2 using this method.
The only downside you need to be aware of is there is a 48-hour cooldown on the Wonder Weapon Schematics. While this is kind of unfair if you’re looking at it from the perspective of wanting to have the most fun, it is a fair mechanic in the sense that loading into every MWZ match with a Wunderwaffe DG-2 would be overpowered which would trivialize the game if you take on Threat Zone Three enemies or help players with missions.
