How to get the Moonlight Sword in Armored Core 6

The greatest of swords.

Armored Core 6 is a game that lets you customize your mech in any way that you see fit. Whether you want to be rocking something from Gundam in-terms of color scheme, look, and even weapon-type, or simply want to look cool while being the coolest pilot on Rubicon. You can truly make the mech of your dreams in Armored Core 6. Helping this to come to fruition there are a lot of pieces to buy and get to use on your mech in Armored Core 6, with some of these being hidden away in levels for you to find. One of these is the Moonlight Sword, which is a weapon that’s a FromSoftware staple. Here’s our guide on how to get the Moonlight Sword in Armored Core 6.

How to get the Moonlight Sword in Armored Core 6

To get the Moonlight Sword in Armored Core 6, you’re going to need to progress the game until the Chapter 4 mission ‘Reach the Coral Convergence’. This is the mission that contains the Moonlight Sword hidden in the environment, and you’ll have to beat the mission to be able to claim this reward. That might sound easy, but this mission contains what I think is the hardest fight in the game, which is the Ibis fight. Luckily, we have a guide on the matter, so you can check that out to get some tips on how to finish the mission.

To actually find yourself the Moonlight Sword however, you won’t need to go as far as Ibis, in fact, you find it on the main path towards the objective. When you clear the first objective of the level, which is defeating two skilled AC pilots, you should come to a bridge past a cliff, at the end of this bridge, you should be able to spot a chest on the floor below the bridge to the left. You can see the image above for reference on this. This chest is the location of the Moonlight Sword, but remember you need to beat the mission to be able to use it.
