How to get Laser Device Beam Emitter in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

Laser Device, Beam Emitter, same thing.

The Laser Device, or as it is properly called, the Beam Emitter, is arguably the most powerful Zonai Device in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The best place to get Beam Emitters in Tears of the Kingdom is through a Device Dispenser on a sky island. Here is the best place to get Laser Device Beam Emitters in Tears of the Kingdom.

Note: If you’re running low on Zonaite, try getting to Zonaite Forge Island.

Tears of the Kingdom: How to get Beam Emitter Device

In Tears of the Kingdom, there are Dispense Devices that, as long as you have the Zonai tech to give, will provide you with portable Zonai Devices. The Dispense Device we need for Beam Emitters is located in the South Lanayru Sky Archipelago.

I used the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, located just north of Hateno Village, to reach the sky island you need to go to. Once in the air, glide in a northeast direction. You’ll see a sky island with a few enemy Zonai and a cool fan glider creation with four batteries that you can save to your Autobuild if you simply take off and put back on the Steering Stick with Ultrahand.

Continue northeast with the fan glider vehicle or with your own glider and you’ll see a sky island with a big circular pool and a Device Dispenser. This island is called Valor Island and it is directly under a bigger sky island.

Once you’re at the right island, throw in any Zonai tech like a Zonai Charge or a Soldier Construct Horn and you’ll get a random pull from the Device Dispenser. Not only is this a great place to get Steering Sticks, but you’ll also get Beam Emitters. Here, you’ll also get Hydrants and Springs.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. If you want easy access to this Beam Emitter Device Dispenser, talk to the Zonai NPC on the island. It will challenge you with a dive ceremony. All you need to do is start the challenge, jump off the sky island through the green ring, and dive through the green rings on your way down.

The dive ceremony isn’t too difficult, but watch out for clouds as they will hide the ground that you might hit. After successfully completing the dive ceremony, you’ll unlock Sihajog Shrine which means you now have a fast travel point to come back and get more Beam Emitters.

Be sure to complete the Sihajog Shrine which entails you entering it, opening a chest that gives you Diamond, and receiving a Light of Blessing. Also, similar to how to get the Glide Shirt, you’ll want to do the dive ceremony one more time and beat it under 35 seconds to get the Glide Mask.
