When Rogues use a Marksmen or Cutthroat skill, and it triggers Lucky Hit, you get a 20-30 percent chance of spawning a Shadow Clone, which can copy your attacks. So you could potentially get double the damage with these gloves. Which in turn, may make the Rogue easier to play.

Rogues in Diablo 4 seem to get the short end of the stick mainly due to how hard the game can be for them, which makes them less fun to play. They have light armor but are fast on their feet, so there’s some compromise. However, with light armor, you get low health, which can make Diablo 4 as a whole fairly harder to play.
