Here are a lot of fish in Dave the Diver, but one that can be hard to find is Giant Trevally. Dave the Diver: Where to find Giant Trevally Fin
Giant Trevally in Dave the Diver are found at medium depths. This means you need to have at least the level two upgrades for your suit and oxygen to safely find a Giant Trevally Fin.
Giant Trevally are medium-sized fish that are found around 50 to 130 meters deep. Whether you find a Giant Trevally or not depends on how lucky you get, since other fish can appear at that depth instead. However, if you do find a Giant Trevally, you need to kill it to have a chance at finding a Giant Trevally Fin.

To kill a Giant Trevally quickly, I recommend using the Triple Axel gun. Giant Trevally are slow, but they have a lot of health. Since it is slow, you can easily line up all three shots from your Triple Axel to deal high amounts of damage.
After shooting the Giant Trevally a few times, if you land your shots, you’ll defeat the fish and be able to harvest it. Medium and large fish that aren’t harpooned float dead in the water. You need to swim up to the Giant Trevally and interact with it to harvest it.
Once you’ve harvested a Giant Trevally, you can possibly find a Giant Trevally Fin in your inventory. That, or you may need to look on the ocean floor for any Giant Trevally Fins that may have dropped. Either way, dealing with the Giant Trevally is your want to getting Giant Trevally Fins.
