Players can get the Full Moon Circlet amulet in Remnant 2 from the Imperial Gardens area in the Yaesha biome. In the Imperial Gardens is a statue with a hidden door below it that will only open during a Blood Moon. Within this hidden door is the Full Moon Circlet amulet.

Once a Blood Moon is active, which you can easily notice by the entire area having a red hue to it, the door will open for you to drop down into. The Full Moon Circlet is sitting right inside the door on a pedestal and is hard to miss. It is the only glowing purple item in the room.

Since Blood Moons are rare, getting the door to open can be tricky. We have detailed how to trigger a Blood Moon in Remnant 2 in the following section so you can open the door and obtain the Full Moon Circlet amulet.

Blood Moons spawn once every 60 minutes in Remnant 2, so encountering one comes down to a lot of luck. That said, there are a couple of cheese methods that will increase your chances of spawning one.

One way to trigger a Blood Moon in Remnant 2 is to enter a side dungeon in Yaesha and then exit the same dungeon. Repeat this process as often as it takes until a Blood Moon spawns in the main area of Yaesha. This method has worked for me numerous times, usually taking five to 10 tries.

If the first method isn’t working for you, your next best bet is to teleport to Ward 13 and back to Yaesha until a Blood Moon spawns. Or you can even reroll Yaesha in Adventure Mode until you start the level with a Blood Moon active.

Full Moon Circlet stats and effects

The Full Moon Circlet is an amulet in Remnant 2 that grants the player 3% Lifesteals through ranged damage and increases damage by 20% when the player is at full health.

Lifesteal is one of the most helpful traits to have in Remnant 2, as it replenishes your health every time you deal damage to the enemy. Raising this trait through the Full Moon Circlet is one of the best ways to increase survivability.
