Best ways to get lots of Cash fast in Balatro

There are myriad ways to get Cash in Balatro, but the game is a big vague on how. If you want to earn Cash fast in Balatro, you need to focus on four things: use the least amount of Hands, collect interest, strategically using Joker abilities, increase the Ante, and sell your Consumables.

Use the least amount of Hands

In Balatro, you’ll earn one dollar for each Hand remaining. So, if you beat the Blind in one Hand and have three Hands left, you’ll get three extra Cash.

Collect interest

A tip I discovered while playing is you also get one extra dollar per five dollars you have. This can stack up to five times which means if you win a round with 25 Cash, you can earn a bonus five cash because of interest.

Utilize Joker abilities

Not all but some Jokers have abilities that, when met, give you Cash. For example, the Satellite Joker gives you three Cash per round for every unique Planet card used during the run. The Rough Gem Joker gives you two Cash for each Diamond card you play. These are just two examples of how you can get Cash fast from Joker cards.

Increase the Ante

Each time you beat a Boss Blind, you increase the Ante. The Ante is the difficulty in Balatro, and the higher the Ante, the more Cash you’ll earn when beating Blinds. The key to earning the most amount of Cash fast in Balatro is winning at higher Antes.

Sell your Jokers and Consumables

I don’t recommend selling your Jokers or your Consumables, but if the Ante is high and you know you’re in over your head, then sell your Jokers and Consumables and unlock new cards for your Collection. Gotta catch ’em all, right?
