Destiny 2: How to get Buried Bloodline Exotic Sidearm
Buried Bloodline is the Exotic Weapon we’re getting in the new Dungeon. The only way to get Buried Bloodline is through the final encounter in the Destiny 2 Season of the Wish Dungeon which is called Warlord’s Ruin.
Buried Bloodline has a really clean sci-fi hand-crossbow look which I love. Unlike Final Warning which turned out to be a dud, Buried Bloodline looks to be a solid Void Sidearm that pairs nicely with the Piercing Sidearms seasonal artifact perk.
Is Destiny 2 Warlord’s Ruin farmable?
This question is asking if you can farm the final encounter in Destiny 2 Warlord’s Ruin to try and get Buried Bloodline quickly. The answer is no, you only get one shot at getting Buried Bloodline per character (so three shots) per week. This is the case for every Dungeon and Raid. The only time a Dungeon or Raid is farmable is when it is in the weekly rotator.
The challenging thing about Dungeon and Raid Exotics is that you need to get lucky. Getting Buried Bloodline comes down to RNG, and it can only drop from the final encounter. I recommend completing the HEed the Whispers, O Vengence Mine Triumph, She Stood Alone, O Vengence Mine, and Withstand the Siege, O Vengence Mine.
All Buried Bloodline Exotic perks in Destiny 2
Buried Bloodline has the following Exotic Intrinsic, Exotic Trait, and Exotic Catalyst:
- Buried Bloodline Exotic Intrinsic – Hungering Quarrel: Double fires tracking bolts. Landing bolts leeches health from the target.
- Buried Bloodline Exotic Trait – Violent Reanimation: Multiple final blows with this weapon grant Devour to the wielder.
- Buried Bloodline Exotic Catalyst – Splitvein Lineage: While Devour is active, this weapon Weakens on hit.
Video of the Buried Bloodline in action leaked early, so before you go grinding Warlord’s Ruin for it, check out how it plays. It looks like a fast-paced, fun weapon to use.
Personally, I love Sidearms and think they are slept on. Brigand’s Law doesn’t leave my Arc Warlock’s side. I think Buried Bloodline could find a home with any Void build and could even be good in PvP. Time will tell. I hope I can pull Buried Bloodline quickly and try it out on my Void Warlock build.
