This guide covers what Bones of Mannoroth are in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria, how they work, and how to spend them on those juicy Garrosh-themed goodies. Do you think Mannoroth himself minds?

How to get Bones of Mannoroth in WoW Remix: MoP

In World of Warcraft Remix: Mists of Pandaria, Bones of Mannoroth are earned by defeating Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgimmar Raid on Normal difficulty or above.

Bones of Mannoroth have a 100% drop rate from Garrosh for all players in the Raid, and the number you receive depends on the difficulty you defeated him on:

  • In Normal Siege of Ogrimmar, Garrosh drops 1x Bones of Mannoroth
  • In Heroic Siege of Ogrimmar, Garrosh drops 4x Bones of Mannoroth
  • In Mythic Siege of Ogrimmar, Garrosh drops 10x Bones of Mannoroth

Siege of Orgrimmar unlocks at Level 60 in WoW Remix, though you won’t be able to enter Heroic or Mythic until the Level cap of 70. The lockout resets each day during the event, meaning you can loot Bones of Mannoroth once per difficulty per day.

Do Bones of Mannoroth drop in LFR?

Unfortunately, you can’t loot Bones of Mannoroth through the Raid Finder (LFR) version of Siege of Orgrimmar. You’ll need to join a group or make one yourself. Don’t worry if you’re not a raider; Normal difficulty is very easy in WoW Remix and no tougher than LFR in Retail WoW.

How to buy Tusks of Mannoroth and SoO Heirlooms with Bones of Mannoroth

In WoW Remix, the only purpose Bones of Mannoroth serves is as a secondary currency for Garrosh Heirlooms (such as Hellscream’s Decapitator) and the extremely coveted Tusks of Mannoroth cosmetic shoulder appearance.

To spend Bones of Mannoroth, talk to Pythagorus in any Infinite Bazaar. Garrosh Heirlooms cost 2 Bones of Mannoroth and 8,000 Bronze each, while the Tusks of Mannoroth cost 20 Bones of Mannoroth and a whopping 38,500 Bronze.

All Tusks of Mannoroth vendor items:

While most purchasable items in WoW Remix are purely cosmetic, all Garrosh Heirlooms can be used as actual Heirloom weapons and even feature Prismatic Slots. Here’s everything you can buy with Tusks of Mannoroth (plus a little Bronze):
