You might not rely on RNG, but your skill will be what determines whether you carry a new legendary weapon in your backpack. Here is how to get the Apex Predator in Destiny 2.
Destiny 2: How to get Apex Predator
The Apex Predator is a legendary Solar rocket launcher that was introduced during Season 21 of Destiny 2, also known as the Season of the Deep. It is an adaptive frame weapon, meaning that it is particularly reliable and sturdy, and it has a great collection of perks that make it usable in both PVE and PVP. It is also a craftable weapon, meaning you can manually get to choose the best perks of the pool. However, getting the Apex Predator — let alone the Deepsight version — is quite complicated due to difficulty and timing. The Apex Predator is a Last Wish raid weapon, meaning it only drops whenever said raid is under rotation, making it a rare drop, although the advantage of it dropping from the first encounter makes it a bit better.
However, Last Wish will pop out and be fully farmable from time to time depending on the current raid rotation. The last time it was featured was from November 28 to December 5, 2023, and it will be featured again during the following dates:
- January 16 to January 23, 2024.
- March 5 to March 12, 2024.
- April 23 to April 30, 2024.
