With the return of the Festival of the Lost in Destiny 2 for 2023, there’s a whole bunch of new things to do now. Haunted Sectors are making a return, there are new horror-themed armor ornaments to unlock, and something new for this year’s event. Eerie Engrams are what you earn in this year’s Festival of the Lost in Destiny 2. They let you unlock a ton of Exotic weapons and Armor that you might not already have. So you’re going to want to grind these out for good loot. Here’s everything you need to about Eerie Engrams for Festival of the Lost 2023.

Destiny 2: How to find and use Eerie Engrams
Eerie Engrams are rewarded to players when completing Haunted Sectors. Legend Haunted Sectors will also have a higher chance of dropping Eerie Engrams. So if you’re a high-level player then you’ll likely spend a lot of time in this activity. The basic Haunted Sector activity isn’t too grueling either so it shouldn’t take long to grind out some engrams.
Once you’ve got some Engrams you get to do the fun bit. Head back over to the Tower and speak to Eva Levante who will be stationed right in the center of the area. If you’ve just played Destiny 2 she’ll be right where Lord Saladin just was for the duration of Iron Banner. Eva Levante has been updated to follow suit with other vendors in Destiny 2 and can use Eerie Engrams in a couple of ways during Festival of the Lost.
Alongside simply using Eerie Engrams, you can also use them for Hocus Focusing for specific weapons or Exotic armor. You’ll need to have already unlocked these items before you’re able to focus them just like any other vendor in the game. But once that’s covered you can focus your engrams for one Eerie Engram and 2,500 Candy. This event will be the perfect time to roll some great weapons. Plus you can try to find some Exotic armor you don’t already own.
