The incredible Leviathan boss was released in Blox Fruits’ Update 20. The prize for felling the beast is its Cold Heart – but you need a Harpoon to extract it.
You get so close but a new obstacle appears. Pfft! Typical. But don’t worry, as I know how to get that Harpoon.
Getting and using the Harpoon in Blox Fruits
Below is the process of getting yourself the Harpoon in Blox Fruits, and using it to get the Cold Heart.
Building the Beast Hunter
Currently, the only way to get yourself a Harpoon in Blox Fruits is to build the Beast Hunter, an incredible ship with a powerful Harpoon.
The Beast Hunter can be built by the Beast Hunter NPC, who hangs out at Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea. Talk to him, and you’ll be able to build it, provided you have:
- 20 Leviathan Scales
- 30 Fool’s Gold
- 6 Electric Wings
- 6 Shark Teeth
- 2 Mutant Teeth
The Leviathan Scales are only dropped by the Leviathan boss, so you’ll have to defeat it quite a few times before you can extract the Cold Heart yourself.
The Mutant Teeth are dropped by Terror Sharks, who spawn in Danger Levels of two and above.
Fool’s Gold is obtained through Ship Raids as enemy drops.
The Electric Wings are dropped by the Prianhas that spawn on any Danger Level in the Sea.
Finally, the Shark Teeth are dropped by Sharks that spawn in lower Danger Levels.
Once you have acquired all of the above items, you can get the Beast Hunter to build the Beast Hunter. How fitting.

Using the Harpoon on the Beast Hunter
To actually use your Harpoon, you’ll need to sail your crew of five on the Beast Hunter over to the Leviathan boss fight. Keep it outside the arena for the fight. When the Leviathan is almost defeated, sail the Beast Hunter into the arena.
You must get the Beast Hunter’s Harpoon ready to shoot into the Cold Heart, as it will only be available for a short time before it melts away and despawns.
With the Cold Heart on the end of your Harpoon, sail back to Tiki Outpost. Every player in the crew will get the Cold Heart. Congratulations!
I hope this has been of use to you, sailor, and that you’ll be sailing with your Beast Hunter and Harpoon in no time.
