The global early access period for Arena Breakout Infinite has brought many of the same issues players had in the closed beta tests. These pesky problems have caused players’ games to crash, freeze, and drop frames throughout all types of gameplay. So let’s grab our gear and figure out how to fix stuttering, crashing, and low FPS in Arena Breakout Infinite.
Settings to fix stuttering, crashing, and low FPS in Arena Breakout Infinite
During the early weeks of August, when people are still trying to learn how to heal, Arena Breakout Infinite announced the release of a global early access. Upon downloading the new patch, many players have noticed the glaring performance problems prevalent in the current build.
Since the last closed testing at the end of June, people have experienced stuttering upon start-up, along with low FPS throughout the game before eventually crashing. And because of extensive discussions on the Arena Breakout Reddit, there’s some good news and bad news about the situation.
Arena Breakout Infinite stuttering and crashing issues
The good news is that there’s a fix that seems to have provided a temporary solution for the time being. If you’re experiencing stuttering while playing Arena Breakout Infinite, you’ll want to right-click the application, select properties, and select run this program as an administrator under the Compatibility tab.
This will solve the crashing and stuttering issues for the majority of people until the devs can push a hotfix out. Additionally, there are certain settings for performance that you can implement to try and help alleviate the instability.
Unfortunately, if these fixes don’t solve your problems, it’s because the issues are coming from the game itself, not your computer. As such, not much can be done in the way of solutions aside from waiting for a new patch addressing these issues. So even though the game might not be entirely playable, at least you can still check out the Elite cases in the microtransaction store.
