How to fix Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) Battle Pass not working

Modern Warfare 3 (MW3): How to fix broken Battle Pass

While some MW3 errors are fixable, others are not. Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do to fix the Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 Battle Pass. There is a bug that keeps you from buying it and unlocking sections.

Some people aren’t experiencing this bug while others are. It’s not clear what triggers the bug, but it’s an annoying one that can’t manually be fixed by the player.

We need to wait for enough Reddit threads and Tweets to go out about the broken Battle Pass to get Activision’s attention. Once Call of Duty Updates on Twitter (or X) posts about the Battle Pass not working, then you can concretely know that they are working on fixing it. Since the Battle Pass is one of their primary ways of making money, you know they’ll prioritize it and fix the issues soon.

The good thing about the Battle Pass being inaccessible is that you can still earn Tokens and XP that you can redeem on the Battle Pass later. While you won’t get to flex the new skins as soon as you’d like, you can at least keep all your progress and apply it when the Battle Pass gets fixed.

In the meantime, I recommend trying to restart your game. You should also try restarting your device and ensuring that you have a strong internet connection. With all these things completed, you’re in the best spot to get the Battle Pass working when Activision fixes it.

There may be nothing you can do currently to get your Battle Pass working, but you can focus on other in-game features. For example, you can learn how to unlock the Ninja Vest.
