At release, players entering the world of LEGO Fortnite have found quite an interesting issue, and took to Reddit to discuss. It seems that when players load back into their world, they aren’t able to utilize the ‘Use’ action in the game. Furthermore, an action as important to the game such as this isn’t something that can be missed by those who are experiencing the issue. And while there’s is most likely a patch being worked on internally to fix this, it still doesn’t help the people affected by the bug right now.

Thankfully, players seem to have figured out a band-aid solution to the problem until an official fix is released. In order to fix the keybinding bug in LEGO Fortnite, as soon as you load into your world go ahead and rebind the ‘Use’ action to another button/key. By rebinding it and then swapping it back to it’s appropriate button, the game will fix itself and allow you to use objects again.

Sadly, this is something that players have to do every single time they load back into their world. This, combined with the many QOL updates players are already asking for might not seem like the best start for LEGO Fortnite. However, an overall look at the game mode shows that Epic Games might have the ingredients to turn this exclusive game mode into a gaming giant.
