In a tweet by The First Descendant team, they addressed the problem with delays to the distribution of the Twitch Drops. So, wait a little while, check on their Twitter, and hopefully, your rewards will eventually be received.

How to sign up for Twitch Drops

If you want to receive the in-game rewards from watching Twitch streamers play The First Descendant, you need to make sure you have signed up properly. This is a simple process that should only take a minute. However, without doing this first, you won’t receive The First Descendant rewards through Twitch.

Here’s the step-by-step process of how to sign up for Twitch Drops:

  • Open up The First Descendants web page and link your Twitch account.
  • You will be prompted to log into the Twitch account you would like to use to receive the rewards.
  • Next, you will have to log into the platform you would like to receive your rewards. I will be playing on Steam, so I logged into my Steam account.
  • Once you’re logged in, open up Twitch and ensure you’re logged in with the same Twitch account you linked to The First Descendant.
  • Begin watching streamers with Twitch Drops enabled for TFD.
  • You can check your progress with TFD rewards by clicking on your profile picture at the top right and selecting Rewards. This will show you how long you have been watching and how many rewards you have.
  • For any of the rewards you have earned, you can click Claim Now to receive them in-game.

Where to receive The First Descendant rewards in-game

To collect your Twitch Drops in-game, simply head to your mailbox after clicking the claim button in Twitch. However, be aware that there may be a delay in their arrival, as mentioned by the team on Twitter. Patience is key. Check out you’re running the best settings in the game while you wait.
