Once it’s installed, head to the Fallout 4 folder in your install directory and find f4se_loader.exe. Then, replace the existing version of f4se_loader.exe with the version found inside the Buffout 4 zip folder that you downloaded.

One simple fix for this is to open the Vortex Mod Manager and ensure that the LondonWorldSpace.esm plugin is enabled. After enabling that, restart the game and you should end up at the correct character creation screen for Fallout London.

If that doesn’t work, then you’ll need to do a full reinstall of Fallout London.
