Note: If your device is not compatible, you won’t be able to launch the game. Double-check that your phone or PC can run Zenless Zero before proceeding.

Possible solutions to fix the download error

The first, and probably the easiest, is to stop the download and restart it again. When I first launched Zenless Zone Zero, this error appeared. By simply tapping the stop and restart buttons, my download started and completed without a hitch. Also, many players have reported that if they do this step several times, the download will eventually work.

Zenless Zone Zero is surprisingly a massive game, coming in at just over 100 GB. Your device might not have space, so make sure you clear up enough to install the game. However, it’s worth noting that even if you have 100 GB cleared up, the environment might not load in at all. I suggest at least having 150 GB to give the game breathing room on your computer. The same is true about the mobile version as well.

You can also try to repair the launcher. Sometimes the launcher for Zenless Zone Zero corrupts files as it downloads the game. Look for the Repair Now option to ensure it doesn’t do that. It’s located beside the yellow download button with the three lines. Once you repair the launcher and it downloads correctly this time, you may face another issue in Zenless Zone Zero regarding the crashing and lag.
