To disable the feature, head to the gameplay section in the settings in The Finals, then disable Crossplay. It should be one of the first few options. Once you have set it off, try rejoining.
• Change your region: There’s no real reason behind this solution, but some players report that changing your region in the same spot you disabled crossplay could work. Some players have reported that playing in a different region made the problem go away.
