How to fix COD Warzone Mobile connection failed error

Maybe just wait.

If you’re trying to get into Warzone Mobile and you have managed to get past all the other teething problems, I can understand your frustration if you’re not coming up against the connection failed error. This is usually an issue with the game’s network connection and can be solved in several ways.

Adjust your network connection

The issue with Warzone Mobile can often be to do with your connection to your network. If it isn’t strong enough, you will need to ensure you have the bandwidth to play the game. This method will only work if you have a stable WiFi connection you can connect to.

Simply disconnect your mobile device from your mobile network from your settings menu, and enable WiFi. Connect to your local Wifi and reopen the game. This will cause Warzone Mobile to establish a much stronger connection to the internet, hopefully solving your connection failed error message.

Clear Warzone Mobile cache

The connection failed error for Warzone Mobile can often occur if your cache files are corrupted. This will lead to the game sending the wrong information to the servers, blocking you from their network. Clearing your cache is a super quick process and should have you back online in no time.

Open the settings of the Warzone Mobile app. On Android, hold down on the app logo and select App Settings, or navigate to App Settings on your iOS device and select Warzone Mobile. In these menus, select the option to clear app data.

This will wipe all data from Warzone Mobile, and you may have to redownload the game and log back in. However, it will have cleared any bugged code and should get rid of your failed connection error.

Wait for the Warzone Mobile servers

The main cause for the connection failed message in Warzone Mobile is due to the servers being overloaded. If you have tried the previous two solutions, the problem is most likely on Activision’s end. I can’t remember a time when a new online game was released with servers that could handle the capacity of players. So, in this case, just keep trying to log in. I expect you will be given a place eventually.
