How to fix Blooming Deep Lost Sector rewards not appearing in Destiny 2 The Final Shape

Missing loot after completing this Final Shape Lost Sector?

The new Pale Heart destination in Destiny 2 The Final Shape is packed with secrets and Lost Sectors for Guardians to discover as they prepare for the final confrontation with the Witness. One new Lost Sector in particular, though, has some issues.

Located within the Pale Heart destination, the Blooming Deep Lost Sector isn’t giving rewards or loot to players who complete it. This issue isn’t affecting every Destiny 2 player, but a large percentage of Guardians are leaving this Lost Sector empty-handed due to a bug. If you’re suffering from lost loot in this Lost Sector, here’s what you can do to claim your rewards from the Blooming Deep in Destiny 2.

How to Get Blooming Deep Lost Sector Loot in Destiny 2

The Blooming Deep Lost Sector is currently suffering from a bug in Destiny 2 The Final Shape where players will not receive any loot upon completion if they do not open the final chest before the cutscene plays. If you want to get the gear from this Lost Sector, you’ll need to rush to the final chest before the cutscene starts.

Thankfully, this only seems to be an issue for the first-time completion during The Final Shape campaign. Any subsequent runs through the Lost Sector won’t have the cutscene, so there won’t be any chance of the loot disappearing.

If you missed the chest on your first run, though, there’s nothing you can do to get that loot back. Just keep playing through The Final Shape campaign and return later to get more gear.

Bungie is aware of the issue with the Blooming Deep Lost Sector though, so a fix will likely be issued shortly after the launch of The Final Shape. There are a few other known issues involving new Exotic weapons and certain abilities for the new Prismatic subclass too, so make sure you read perk descriptions carefully and keep an eye on Bungie’s social media channels to stay up to date on known problems.
