While playing Palworld, have you noticed any audio bugs or weirdly compressed audio? If so, then we have some possible solutions for fixing audio issues in Palworld.
Tons of players are complaining about compressed audio, mainly on the Xbox version. Here are some ways you can mitigate the problem.
Palworld: How to fix compressed audio issues
There are many possible solutions to this common problem. Unfortunately, it’s not just Palworld, as I’ve written many audio issue guides for Xbox games. While this is a widespread problem, there may be some ways to stop it. Here’s how you can fix your audio issues in Palworld.
Shut down game and reboot
Sometimes the best fix is to completely shut down your game and restart it. Make sure it’s completely closed and exited on your Xbox. Then wait a minute before booting Palworld back up and see if that helps. I know it’s a common fix with most game issues, but you should at least try it.

Try playing with headphones
Is this issue happening on your TV speakers through your Xbox? Well, perhaps plugging in some headphones can help fix the issue. And make sure in your Palworld audio settings that the game has the right output.
Update your game
Perhaps you’ve forgotten to update your game to the latest version. I know most of you probably have automatic updates turned on, so you may not have this issue. Speaking of updates, if none of these solutions work, you may just have to wait for a patch to fix this widespread issue.
Uninstall and reinstall Palworld
This is a last-case scenario, but if the audio issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling Palworld on your Xbox. Maybe all it needs is to redownload the game to have it sound normal again.
Remember, Palworld is in Early Access, so problems like this are normal. Speaking of issues, you may also be wondering how to fix the Online Session Error in Palworld.
