How to find and evolve Jangmo-o in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet – The Teal Mask DLC

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are games with a lot of different things for you to do in its pretty big open world. You can complete the three main storylines that exist in whatever order you like, or you can spend time catching some new Pokémon for your collection and maybe even building out your Living Dex. In doing so, you’ll need to find every Pokémon that Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have to offer, which includes the new Pokémon introduced in the DLC packs. One of these Pokémon is the Dragon-type Jangmo-o, originally introduced in Generation 7 in Sun and Moon. If you’re going to go ahead and get yourself a Jangmo-o for your Dex, you’re going to need to know how to find it and how to evolve it. How to find and evolve Jangmo-o in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet – The Teal Mask DLC

To be able to find Jangmo-o in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you’re going to want to head to Kitakami from The Teal Mask DLC. There, you’re going to want to head to the top left of the map, as that’s where Jangmo-o spawns in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. You can see the precise location in the image below. The location where Jangmo-o spawns is a rocky area, and is also near where you fight Okidogi in the main story of The Teal Mask DLC.

After you catch your Jangmo-o in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you’re going to want to evolve it. Luckily, if you catch it in this area, evolving it all the way to Kommo-o will only take a few minutes. To evolve Jangmo-o into Hakamo-o, you’re going to need to level it up to level 35. To evolve Hakamo-o into Kommo-o, you’ll need to raise its level to 45. This is easy if you catch Jangmo-o here in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet because they’re already above the necessary level for evolution, meaning you can just level it up twice and it will be fully evolved.
