There are a couple of ways to get Ancient Civilization Parts in Palworld, but the best by far is by clearing dungeons.

You can identify dungeons as their entrances look like caves dotted all around the world. Upon nearing the cave entrance, you’ll be told the level of the boss, which is typically the highest-level creature you’ll encounter in the dungeon.

Speaking of dungeon bosses, they are exactly how you get Ancient Civilization Parts from dungeons. In my experience, I’ve consistently gained 2 Ancient Civilization Parts upon defeating the boss and collecting its drops.

So, if you want to stack up, look for a bunch of dungeons and bee-line your way to the boss. It shouldn’t take long before you’ve got enough for whatever you want to build, and your Pals will benefit from a good EXP boost, as well.

To find easier dungeons, search around the starting islands, preferably the one you spawn in. The further north you go, the harder the dungeons get. If you want to get these parts as quickly as you can, you may as well clear a whole bunch as quickly as possible.

You won’t exclusively get Ancient Civilization Parts from beating dungeon bosses in Palworld, as there are a couple of other ways you’ll bump into them.

The rare Lucky (Shiny) Pals also drop them when captured or defeated. They are exceedingly rare, however, so when you bump into one, make sure to capture it, or if you can’t take it out. It most likely won’t be there when you come back!

You can also benefit from them when taking on and beating one of the many Towers in the world, although mind that this is only a first-time reward.

Considering you won’t be farming Towers or Lucky Pals, I wouldn’t put them in my plans if I needed a bunch of Ancient Civilization Parts for my advanced equipment.
