One of Elizabeth’s first requests in Persona 3 Reload is to bring her a Persona that knows the Kouha ability. This isn’t that rare of a skill, but when you’re still on the lower floors of Tartarus, not many Personas will know it.
You’ll have to rely on Persona Fusion to obtain a Persona that knows the Kouha skill. Thankfully, the Personas that you need to combine are relatively easy to obtain and you should be able to find them in the first few hours of the game without issue.
How to Fuse a Persona with Kouha in Persona 3 Reload
The best Persona to use to complete this request is Archangel. You can obtain Archangel from Shuffle Time in Arqa, the second block of Tartarus. The card is a random drop just like all the other Shuffle Time rewards, however, so your best bet is fusion.
There are quite a few Personas that can be fused to create Archangel. You have to be at least level 10 to summon Archangel, but you’re more than likely past that level if you’re at the point in the game where you can start working on Elizabeth’s requests. If you want to fuse Archangel, visit the Velvet Room and combine these Personas:
- Apsaras + Forneus
- Omoikane + Ara Mitama
- Orpheus + Unicorn
- Nigi Mitama + Nekomata
- Apsaras + Slime
- Omoikane + Chimera
- Ara Mitama + Berith
- Pixie + Yomotsu Shikome
- Alp + Yomotsu Shikome
Any of these combinations will result in Archangel being fused. If you don’t want to use Archangel in your main Persona roster, then you don’t have to worry about skill inheritance or any of that stuff. Archangel is a powerful Persona though, so you may want to try and add some good skills to his moveset with the right fusion combos. As always, you can summon registered Personas from your Compendium if you’re missing one that’s required for a fusion combination.
Once you’ve obtained Archangel, show it to Elizabeth to complete the request. You’ll receive two Fierce Sutra as a reward. This item will increase your entire party’s attack for three turns, making it great for boss battles and tougher fights that await you on the higher floors of Tartarus. This isn’t the last time Elizabeth will ask you to create a Persona with a specific skill. Hang onto Skill Cards you don’t need just in case you need to fuse something rare, like an Oberon that knows Mazio.
