TomatoCan be bought from Goofy’s Stall on Dazzle Beach (Sometimes), or grown from Tomato Seeds, which are available from Goofy’s Stall on Dazzle Beach after upgrading it once.
Any VegetableAny of the 18 available Vegetables can be used here. For the most part, these can either be purchased directly form Goofy’s Stall or grown from Seeds bought from Goofy’s Stall.

Because all of these ingredients can be found on Dazzle Beach, one of the first biomes you’ll visit in the game, bouillabaisse is one of the earliest five-star meals you can cook up. Firstly, you can eat it to receive a minimum of 2,114 Energy: an easy way to activate your Well-Fed bonus, even in the late game. Secondly, you can turn it in as part of the quests Act of Care and Dinner with a Friend, which requires one and two bouillabaisse, respectively. Finally, you can sell it for a minimum of 529 Star Coins.
