You’ll come to find out that Yenna, the lost little girl you found in Rivington, is Orin’s hostage. Talking to her in camp reveals that Orin shapeshifted into her, and she says that if you don’t defeat Gortash, she’ll kill Yenna. How you complete Rescue Orin’s Victim in Baldur’s Gate 3 is by entering the City Sewers, and heading towards the Undercity and Temple of Bhaal.

It seems from research that if you didn’t invite Yenna to your camp, the victim can be a companion character. But in this case, let’s consider the Victim as Yenna. After getting rid of the Murder Tribunal under Candulhallow’s Tombstones, you’ll discover where the Temple of Bhaal is.

I recommend that you take care of Gortash first before this, so you can successfully save Yenna. You don’t want to risk the deal falling through, so after defeating Gortash, you can take on Orin.

The map above shows some of the few manholes you can enter to get to the City Sewers. From there, keep heading north until you find the Undercity Ruins waypoint. To get through to the Temple of Bhaal, make sure you have the Amulet of Bhaal. You can find this item on Sarevok, who is apart of the Murder Tribunal and is Orin’s grandfather.

Once you find yourself in the temple, follow the quest marker on your map and you’ll find Orin and her victim. Yenna is laying unconscious on a stone alter, and Orin has been waiting for your arrival. This is your moment, you can now face off against Orin and other Bhaal followers.

Take Orin down, and once the fight is over, take the Alter Key from Orin’s body to get Yenna off the alter. She’s quite confused on how she arrived here, and will soon run back to your camp. That’s all that you need to do for the Rescue Orin’s Victim quest in Baldur’s Gate 3!
