Go to the distillery room and listen to the two workers to start Over The Top.

 

After disguising yourself as a worker, you’ll need to do the following:

  • Find a screwdriver – Check the barrels near the entrance of the production room.
  • Find a wrench – It’s on a blue box in the northeast section of the production room.

Next, distract any wandering workers in the distillery room so you can sabotage the wine pump and the electrical wiring.

After you’ve done these, Don Archibald Yates will arrive to scold the workers.

You can eliminate Yates any way you want. Since the floor’s covered in wine, you can pick up the fuse cell in the production room and place it in a panel. Activate the high-voltage switch and watch Yates get fried.
