Let’s talk about all the tasks and mastery unlocks for Hitman 3‘s Dubai level.
Firstly, you’ve got two targets: Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvesant.
If you recognized those surnames, it’s because they’re from families that are partnered with the shadow organization known as Providence.

The level 10 mastery unlock, the Explosive Golf Ball, tends to be important. The item is needed for a specific assassination challenge, and I wasn’t able to find a duplicate in the entire level from general exploration.
