Dartmoor level mastery unlocks and target
Let’s talk about the target and mastery unlocks for Hitman 3‘s Dartmoor level/Death in the Family mission.
Now, although you only have one target, Alexa Carlisle (a Providence partner), you also need to get her case file on Arthur Edwards.
Here are the mastery unlocks:

Assuming you have five Silent Assassin rankings already, you should have the Classic Lockpick. But, if you don’t, make sure you reach mastery level 2 just for the Lockpick Mk III. Heck, just take out Alexa Carlisle and try to worry about the other challenges later if you’re rushing to get it now. It’s pretty much the best tool you can bring in any mission.
