Flying Fish Works has released a new trailer for its upcoming ‘FPS’ Hellion: Mystery of the Inquisition.
The video shows the game’s sword fighting mechanic in action, demonstrating a variety of attacks and gore fans will be pleased to know there’s some dismemberment thrown in for good measure too.
According to game producer Maciej Kowalski, Hellion will sport a “huge variety of moves, more than 30 breathtaking finishers and many quick time events” as well as an optional third person view for combat.
Hellion is set in the first Inquisition (in the 13th century) and the player takes on the role of an Inquisitor as he squares off against heretics and demons against a backdrop of political and religious intrigue. It is due for release on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in Q3 this year.
