Aphrodite Sweet Nectar +1 level for affected boons when you pick up a Pom of Power. Tempest Strike, Tempest Flourish, Flood Shot, Tidal Dash, or Poseidon’s Aid Heartbreak Strike, Heartbreak Flourish, Crush Shot, Passion Dash, or Aphrodite’s Aid
Ares Curse of Drowning Fire a casting skill that pulses three times to damage nearby enemies. Flood Shot Curse of Agony or Curse of Pain
Artemis Mirage Shot Your casting skill fires a second projectile which has lower damage. Flood Shot Deadly Strike, Deadly Flourish, or Hunter Dash
Athena Unshakable Mettle You’re no longer stunned and you take less damage from bosses. Tidal Dash Divine Strike, Divine Flourish, or Phalanx Shot
Demeter Blizzard Shot A slow-moving cast skill that fires additional shards while piercing enemies. Flood Shot Frost Strike, Frost Flourish, Mistral Dash, or Snow Burst
Dionysus Exclusive Access Any boons you find, at minimum, are of epic rarity. Tempest Strike, Tempest Flourish, Flood Shot, Tidal Dash, or Poseidon’s Aid Drunken Strike, Drunken Flourish, Drunken Dash, Trippy Shot, or Dionysus’ Aid
Zeus Sea Storm Enemies that you knock back are also struck by additional lightning effects. Tempest Strike, Tempest Flourish, Flood Shot, Tidal Dash, or Poseidon’s Aid Lightning Strike, Thunder Flourish, Electric Shot, Thunder Dash, or Zeus’ Aid

Poseidon’s knockback capabilities are ridiculously good especially when you’re using ranged weapons. His Duo boon combinations tend to be lifesavers on some occasions, too. Both Sweet Nectar (with Aphrodite) and Exclusive Access (with Dionysus) ensure that you’re getting stronger boons as you progress.
