Ares’s Duo boons

Aphrodite Curse of Longing Doom effects continuously damage Weak enemies. Curse of Agony or Curse of Pain Heartbreak Strike, Heartbreak Flourish, Crush Shot, or Passion Dash
Artemis Hunting Blades Your casting skill is a Blade Rift homes in on enemies while moving faster than before. Slicing Shot Deadly Strike, Deadly Flourish, Hunter Dash, or Artemis’ Aid
Athena Merciful End Deflected attacks also trigger Doom effects on enemies. Curse of Agony or Curse of Pain Divine Strike, Divine Flourish, or Divine Dash
Demeter Freezing Vortex Your casting skill inflicts Chill, but it’s smaller and moves slower. Slicing Shot Frost Strike, Frost Flourish, or Mistral Dash
Dionysus Curse of Nausea Increases rapidity of DOT ticks for Hangover effects. Curse of Agony or Curse of Pain Drunken Strike or Drunken Flourish
Poseidon Curse of Drowning Fire a casting skill that pulses three times to damage nearby enemies. Curse of Agony or Curse of Pain Flood Shot
Zeus Vengeful Mood Revenge effects can occur without you taking damage. This Duo boon requires at least one “revenge” effect from any god (ie. Zeus’ Heaven’s Vengeance, Aphrodite’s Wave of Despair, Athena’s Holy Shield, or Demeter’s Frozen Touch) Curse of Agony, Curse of Pain, or Curse of Vengeance Lightning Strike, Thunder Flourish, Thunder Dash, Electric Shot, Thunder Dash, or Heaven’s Vengeance

Ares’ boons are some of my favorites to use in my Hades runs simply because of the high DPS. Sadly, I’ve never found his Duo boon combinations with other Olympians to be too compelling. In a few cases, such as Demeter’s Freezing Vortex (seen below), I even felt that it greatly lowered the casting skill’s DPS.
