Good Old Games, digital distributor of classic games to your PC, has signed up Square Enix to its publisher catalogue. More classic game announcements are due from the pair “in coming weeks”, but Hitman: Codename 47 and Deus Ex are already confirmed.
Hopefully, Thief and Legacy of Kain (both owned by Square Enix since the acquisition of Eidos) will make an appearance. Then of course there’s the entire Final Fantasy throng to consider – Final Fantasy VII and VIII have been previously released on PC.
