GODUS Kickstarter finishing – Linux stretch goals changed and blood

Project GODUShere is only 2 hours to go until 22Cans’ Project GODUS kickstarter concludes and the team are getting all excited about counting down to the closure.

In a new update they’ve revealed that the stretch goal for the Linux version has now been changed to £525,000 so they are only £14,331.39 short.

There has also been some debate at the studio as to whether the game should feature blood or not. Usually this would be a concern due to ratings but as the game has no publisher, it’s open for debate. Peter Molyneux, being a cool calm and collected chap, is not keen but other members of the team are. In a game like this I certainly don’t think it’s necessary but we’ll have to wait and see if it does get added.

As the clock strikes zero at 17:00 GMT for the Kickstarter, 22Cans will be celebrating at their offices where backers have been invited to pop along and join in. The big event will also be shown on their Twitch channel
