It’s kind of a slow day. Good thing that you can LET OFF SOME STEAM with all of the Commandos games (except the rubbish FPS) for a mere £1.68, eh?

Yep: it’s another Bundle Stars bundle, and this one’s offering Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines, Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty, Commandos 2: Men of Courage, and Commandos 3: Destination Berlin for less than the price of a box of cereal. The Commandos games were real-time tactical stealth thingies in which your specialised unit of men – a Sniper, a Spy, a Green Beret (I EAT GREEN BERETS FOR BREAKFAST, AND RIGHT NOW I’M VERY HUNGRY), a Sapper, etc. – had to complete missions in World War 2 while remaining stealthy. Slit throats, hide bodies, wear uniforms. They were rather good.

If you said you’d buy these last, perhaps it’s time you lied. Okay, that’s enough Commando quotes; you can pick the games up at the Bundle Stars website.

When not writing about games, Tim can occasionally be found speedrunning terrible ones, making people angry in Dota 2, or playing something obscure and random. He's also weirdly proud of his status as (probably) the Isle of Man's only professional games journalist.
