Ghostbusters Dropped?

Games that haven’t made the cut are Ghostbusters, 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand (thank the Lord) and Brutal Legend, but there is no word that they have been dropped completely.  We’re still trying to ascertain whether or not the rights have been sold off or if they’ve just been delayed, and having contacted Sierra, we were told that there are no other comments to be made.

Activision boss, Mike Griffith said: “We have conducted a thorough review of Vivendi Games’ brand portfolio and are retaining those franchises and titles that are a strong fit with our long-term product strategy. We are reviewing our options regarding those titles that we will not be publishing.”
