Yae Miko’s character ascension materials can be found all over Teyvat.

Here they are:

• Handguards – Dropped by Nobushi Samurai in Inazuma.
• Vajrada Amethyst – Dropped by the Electro Hypostasis, Thunder Manifestation, Bathysmal Vishap Herd (though you can sometimes get the Cryo gem), and the Raiden Shogun/Guardian of Eternity; purchased from Souvenir Shop; higher-tier versions can be crafted by an alchemist NPC.
• Dragonheir’s False Fin – Dropped by the Bathysmal Vishap Herd.
• Sea Ganoderma –Found all over the shores of Inazuma region.

Note: Yae Miko’s character ascension will also increase her crit rate (up to 24.2% after ascending her past level 80).
