Genshin Impact: The best artifact set for Yae Miko – 2x Gladiator’s and 2x Shimenawa/2x Thundering Fury

Let’s discuss the best artifact set in Genshin Impact for Yae Miko.

Gladiator’s Finale and Shimenawa’s Reminiscence combo – The 2-piece set bonus for these artifacts grant +18% ATK, which is great for extra DPS. They’re for a more basic setup.

Gladiator’s Finale/Shimenawa’s Reminiscence and Thundering Fury – Another alternative is to get the +18% ATK bonus from either Gladiator’s or Shimenawa’s, and adding the +15% Electro damage bonus from Thundering Fury.

As to why we’re only relying on these, there’s a good reason. Currently, there are no artifact sets tailored specifically for elemental skill spamming. Yes, we do have various effects that use elemental skill in a way, such as Pale Flame, Tenacity of the Millelith, and even Maiden Beloved. However, these are completely unrelated to Yae Miko’s kit. Meanwhile, the 4-piece Thundering Fury set might not be as enticing since it’s primarily for elemental reactions (while Miko is a nuker).

There’s a possibility that Yae Miko will follow in the footsteps of Albedo, Zhongli, Qiqi, and Sangonomiya Kokomi. These are characters that used basic artifacts (i.e., Archaic Petra and Maiden Beloved) before we saw additions like Husk of Opulent Dreams and Ocean-Hued Clam. Still, I’ll do more tests just in case.

Artifact rolls

• Main stats – We’re going with the usual here with an ATK% sands, Electro goblet, and crit damage circlet.
• Sub-stats – As usual, for a DPS/nuker role, we’ll want crit damage (with a bit of crit rate just to go above 60%), followed by ATK%. As of now, I don’t believe that stacking elemental mastery would be the way to go even though her talent boosts her skill’s damage by 0.15 per elemental mastery point. But, we’ll see.

Note: Yae Miko’s character ascension will also increase her crit rate (up to 24.2% after ascending her past level 80), so you’re more likely to focus on crit damage.
