You can view the wares of the Xiao Market by opening Genshin Impact‘s event panel -> Lantern Rite -> Xiao Market.
The items in the Xiao Market all use Peace Talismans as a currency. These are obtained when you complete challenges in the Theater Mechanicus.

Note 2: Try to save 1,000 Peace Talismans. Once you’ve reached the “Glow of a Thousand Lanterns” Festive Fever stage, you can pick one 4-star character via the “Stand By Me” screen. These are your choices: Xiangling, Xinyan, Beidou, Ningguang, Chongyun, and Xingqiu.
