The Windblume Festival’s event shop has a couple of tabs.
The first one, Tour Exchange Ticket, requires Festive Tour Tickets as a currency. These are obtained from the three types of Festive Challenges: Bullseye Balloons, Floral Freefall, and Ballads of Breeze.
In any case, here are the items you can get:

| Blue talent booklets (i.e., Guide to Freedom/Resistance) | 20 | 6 (each type) |
| Purple talent booklets (i.e., Philosophies of Freedom/Resistance) | 60 | 2 (each type) |
The second tab, Collab Coupon Exchange, requires Peculiar Collab Coupons. This currency can be found when you complete Peculiar Wonderland challenges.
