The Trail of Delicacies is one activity that’s part of the Moonlight Merriment event in Genshin Impact. In it, you’ll do battle against several enemies that reside in camps. By defeating your foes and their leader, you’ll receive rewards. Here’s our Genshin Impact Moonlight Merriment guide to help you with the Trail of Delicacies challenges during the Path of the Stalwart Stone stage.
Note: For more information about the game, check out our Genshin Impact guides and features hub, as well as our version 2.1 overview. Likewise, you can take a look at our main guide for the Moonlight Merriment event in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact: Moonlight Merriment Trail of Delicacies guide – Path of the Stalwart Stone stage
Fighting your foes
To access the Trail of Delicacies, simply open the Moonlight Merriment event panel. Click on a challenge to see an enemy camp’s marked location. Make your way there and defeat the mobs.
For the Path of the Stalwart Stone stage, the camp leaders (i.e., bigger/stronger enemies) have a unique perk. If they fall below 30% HP, they’ll heal themselves for a large amount within 10 seconds.
This can only occur once during each fight. But, if you can manage to nuke them quickly enough, you won’t need to worry about this at all.
There are six challenges in total, at least for the Path of the Stalwart Stone stage. You’ll obtain various rewards here such as primogems, mora, talent booklets, and ascension gems. Battles also provide you with Festive Fever points.
Heading to the next areas
After clearing a camp, open the container to receive some primogems. A wind current will also spawn. You can float and glide through the rings to reach the next challenge area.
Trail Comforts and Offering Delicacies
If you check the event panel, you’ll see a button that allows you to offer delicacies. Here are the ones that you need for the Path of the Stalwart Stone stage:
- 1x Delicious Grilled Tiger Fish
- 1x Delicious Mora Meat
- 1x Delicious Almond Tofu
- 1x Delicious Crystal Shrimp
- 1x Delicious Golden Shrimp Balls
Once you’ve offered these food items, you’ll receive buffs (seen in the image below). If you can give all five delicacies, you’ll obtain hero’s wit and mora, too.
Note: The “delicious” variants of food require you to achieve “perfect” cooking first. Make sure you click on the sweet spot to obtain these.
The final battle
After defeating your opponents in the first few challenges, you’ll eventually reach the final battle with several Ruin Guards.
The final battle itself grants 100x Festive Fever points, as well as the Emperor’s Balsam, a refinement material for the Luxurious Sea-Lord claymore. The weapon itself comes from Part 1 of the Moonlight Seeker activity.
