Anemo options: Jean, Venti, Sucrose, and the Anemo Traveler
Lastly, the Anemo-based characters are great for knockbacks and spreading the swirl effect. In the case of one character, you could even cheese most opponents.
When it comes to cheesing, I’m definitely talking about Jean. Her elemental skill alone makes her one of the best characters to use in the Theater Mechanicus. Heck, even though I don’t have her yet, I’ve seen many players use her effectively during a match.
You can even hold the “E” button to charge Jean’s elemental skill, pulling enemies first before launching them away and making them fall off the map. Likewise, I’ve been told that enemies suffer fall damage, making her extremely deadly in an activity that doesn’t let characters do damage.
If you don’t have Jean, then Venti, Sucrose, and the Anemo Traveler can help you in many ways. They have some slight CC capabilities (pulling or pushing/knockbacks), and they can help spread swirl effects since mobs are often clumped together.
Note: If you’re keen on using the Traveler, I would suggest just switching to Geo. The “barrel blocking technique” is more helpful than pulling enemies.
