Genshin Impact: Serenitea Pot — Crafting tips to speed things up

With a little help from my friends.

If you’ve been checking out Genshin Impact for the past 24 hours, then you’ll know that the new Serenitea Pot player home feature is one of the biggest additions to the game. Still, the whole system can be daunting at first. You can even experience frustrations when crafting your furnishings since several would take over a dozen hours to get completed. How will you ever increase your Trust ranking and Adeptal Power if that’s the case? Don’t worry, because we have our Genshin Impact guide that’s got a few crafting tips to speed up furnishing construction in your Serenitea Pot realm.

Genshin Impact: Serenitea Pot guide – Crafting tips to speed up the construction of your furnishings

First things first, always take a look at the “Precious Items” tab of your inventory. This is where all your blueprints would go upon acquiring them. Make sure you learn all the blueprints so you’ll know all the stuff that you can build.

Next, talk to Tubby and open the “Furnishing Schematics” tab. A majority of furnishings take over 12 hours to complete, and you simply can’t wait that long for one object, right?

Vial of Adeptal Speed

Well, fear not. If you open the “Creation Queue,” you can use your Vial of Adeptal Speed consumable to instantly finish building a structure. The consumable is actually very important, and I would suggest that you use this a few times at least at the start. Try to prioritize the blue and purple objects that can be crafted since they provide higher Trust ratings.

Note 1: The Vial of Adeptal Speed is rewarded whenever you increase your Trust rank. You can also purchase up to five of these from the Realm Depot. Also, as of now, we don’t know if the Traveling Salesman (who arrives during the weekend) would sell additional vials.

Note 2: Trust is only awarded upon the first completion of each item/structure/object. If you’re spending your vials, make sure that you’re only using them on objects that you’ll construct for the first time.

Insta-plop Decorations and Furnishing Sets

After an object has been constructed, you can place it indoors or outdoors (depending on the object itself). However, do keep in mind that you’ve got a lot of other stuff that can be plopped down, including decorations that don’t need to be crafted at all. I’m talking about trees, rocks, and even pets. These usually don’t have pre-requisite materials, so you won’t need to create dyes/fabric or gather wood. Speaking of dyes/fabric, these are created instantly with no waiting time whatsoever. Just make sure you’ve got a lot of silk flowers, sunsettias, berries, and mints.

As for the “insta-plop” furnishings/decorations, these can come from a number of sources such as your Adeptal Mirror rewards (akin to the Adventurer’s Handbook but for the Serenitea Pot home system), Trust rank-ups, and Realm Depot purchases. If you have trees, plants, rocks, and the like, make sure you’re always plopping them down in your realm. This ensures that your Adeptal Energy rank continues to increase. In turn, you’ll accumulate more Realm Currency over time.

Regarding the Furnishing Sets, these can also come from the aforementioned sources, but you can buy a couple from the secret blueprint vendors. These sets require multiple furniture or objects to be completed first, so make sure you’re tracking what you need.

The process can be a little time-consuming and costly, but you’ll actually earn 350+ Adeptal Energy whenever you fully complete these sets. Again, higher Adeptal Energy is a good thing since you can gain more Realm Currency.

Asking your friends for help

Lastly, don’t forget to ask your friends to help you out. Your friends can join your Serenitea Pot domain and talk to Tubby. In doing so, they’ll boost the speed of any active construction by roughly 40 minutes. If you have a dozen people or so in your Genshin Impact buddy list, then you can cut down construction times to just around four hours.

Another crafting tip to speed things up is to go to your Serenitea Pot, open the world map, and click on the “guest” icon at the upper-right corner of the screen. Select “allow direct join,” and this will let your friends visit your abode even while you’re offline.

Note: If you want to visit your friends’ realms, open the menu and your friend list, then click on your friend’s portrait. You should see an option to “request to visit Serenitea Pot.” If your pals enabled “direct join,” then you can pop up to help them out whenever you wish.
