Rejoice With Me for What Was Lost is Now Found is a quest in Genshin Impact. You’ll be able to do this quest once you’re done with the entirety of Dirge of Bilqis, which is fairly time-consuming. Thankfully, this one won’t take you a long while, though you do need to look for a hidden location. Genshin Impact Rejoice With Me and Note Regarding an Exchange of Goods guide

Upon completing Dirge of Bilqis, return to Tanit Camp and look for Jeht. You’ll spot her in the western section of the camp inside a tent (she should have a blue exclamation point on your minimap). Upon talking to her, you’ll receive the Rejoice With Me quest in Genshin Impact. Here, you’ll learn that your old pal, the sentry drone Benben, is losing power.

Investigate the documents to reveal a map from the Note Regarding an Exchange of Goods. Your only clue here is that the location seems to be close to jagged hills/crags in the desert. The place that you’re looking for is in the northeastern portion of the desert. Specifically, it’s quite close to the Dunes of Steel teleporter.

Make your way there and sit on the chair while waiting for the Fatui. Once they arrive, beat them up and talk to the captive. You’ll receive the Fatui Stronghold Key.

Another marked location should pop up on your minimap. Head over there, eliminate the mobs, grab the Dendroculus, and open the door using the key. Inside, you’ll notice some glowing spots. Interact with these to pick up 3x Energy Transformation Capacitor.

When that’s done, go back to Jeht in Tanit Camp. Give her the three capacitors to conclude the Rejoice With Me quest in Genshin Impact.
