Fast travel to the Adventurer’s Campsite which you can automatically mark on the map. It’s north of the Snow-Covered Path and southeast of Springvale.

In the camp, a woman by the name of Iris tells you that there are shards that are causing the freezing wind.

These need to be destroyed if you want to gain access to the peak and the domain itself.

As seen in the map below, the shards are located in the Snow-Covered Path, the Entombed City Outskirts, and the Starglow Cavern. First, let’s go to the Snow-Covered Path.
