Yes, another branching point (endings #5 and #6)
When Noelle talks about her “Chivalric Training,” ask her “where she wants to start.” In a while, she’ll mention how she’s been very busy. Tell her that what she lacks is “rest.”
This branching point is called “A Breather.” Go back to Mondstadt and, once you reach the food vendor, an NPC named Beatrice asks for your help. She wants to set up a date with her boyfriend.
There are a few dialogue options here, but the important ones are towards the end once Noelle asks what gifts you should give:
Option 1 | Option 2 |
“It shouldn’t matter. It’s the thought that counts.” | “Gifts convey our intentions. We should choose carefully.” |
A Conundrum Called Love
Pick option 1 here (“it shouldn’t matter”) and you’ll be able to give Mondstadt Grilled Fish to Bea. Then, talk to Bea once more. Looks like the date didn’t go well.
Go to the Knights of Favonius library and speak with Noelle there. You’ll get “A Conundrum Called Love” done.
Whisper of the Paper Rose
Pick option 2 here (“gifts convey our intentions”) and go to the souvenir shop. The NPC, Marjorie, asks a few questions:
- “Who’s the gift for?” – Tell her it’s for someone else.
- “What’s the gift you want?” – Pick the Frostening Bottle.
Return to Bea and she’ll ask you and Noelle to find a good spot for a date.
The next steps are fairly straightforward. Simply go to the marked locations in Falcon Coast, Starsnatch Cliff, and Windrise. Stand on the glowing marker and use Genshin Impact‘s regular photo mode feature (not the Kamera). Take a picture (you don’t even need to save the file) and you should be done.
Go back to Bea and she’ll ask you which spot is the coziest for a date. Tell her to go to Cape Oath.
As for Noelle, she’ll say that she wants to go back to Windrise. Head over there and have a little talk. You’ll obtain Noelle’s “Whisper of the Paper Rose” Hangout Event ending.
