The first is just below the section with the Phantasmal Conch.

Jump off the railing and glide so you can reach the ledge that has the chest.

The second item is found a bit later (close to the exit). You should spot a switch that rotates the tower, as well as a wind current that takes you to one of the Gaze pedestals.

Use that pedestal to align the parts. Then, rotate the tower so the protrusion faces the direction of the castle. Use the other Gaze pedestal to connect the bridges.

Climb up and, instead of heading inside the castle, follow the path as it curves to the right. You’ll find the item inside a chest.
